Vixie.art is an AI-powered image transformation service that allows you to apply artistic styles to images. The Service includes a browser extension and associated web services.

3. User Accounts

Your account is identified by a unique device identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your browser and any activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Free tier users may use the Service with certain limitations (watermarked images, queue delays). Paid credits remove these limitations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Upload images you do not have the right to use
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your images to provide the Service. Generated images are owned by you, subject to any applicable third-party licenses.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCARLETT AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
